TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FieldGraph mobile application (the "App"), operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using FieldGraph, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. USE OF THE APP
FieldGraph is a drawing and documentation tool designed for creating layouts, sketches, and related materials.
You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes, provided that you comply with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
2. USER CONTENT
All drawings, notes, images, and other content you create ("User Content") remain your property.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and how it is used, shared, or exported.
We do not access, store, or review your content.
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
3. DATA STORAGE
All data created in FieldGraph is stored locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account (if enabled).
We do not have access to your data and are not responsible for:
- Data loss due to device failure
- iCloud sync issues or data corruption
- Backup or recovery of your content
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
4. EXPORTS AND OUTPUT
The App allows you to export drawings as images and/or PDF files.
You are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of exported content
- Ensuring exported materials meet your requirements
We do not guarantee that exported files will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose, including construction, engineering, or legal documentation.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
Certain features of FieldGraph may require a subscription or one-time purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID account settings
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your device settings
- Payments are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms
We do not issue refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
6. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell the App
- Use the App to build a competing product
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of drawings or measurements
- Continuous or error-free operation
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Errors in drawings, measurements, or exported files
This includes any reliance on the App for professional, construction, or technical decisions.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
